Scope of Work: This project consisted of asbestos and other hazardous materials abatement, along with selective demolition services for the Anchorage School District. Activities included abatement of flooring, mastic, gypsum wallboard, and ceiling tiles. Selective demolition included plumbing, mechanical and electrical items; removal of materials; transportation and disposal of hazardous waste and general demolition debris; air monitoring and sampling along with cleaning. Overall, we renovated 50,000 square feet of school property.
