Scope of Work: This project consisted of the abatement and re-insulation of the mechanical utilidor at Tudor Elementary school. Coldfoot’s challenge was to safely and effectively abate 675 linear feet of TSI pipe insulation in a tunnel that measured 3’ x 3’. Work included inspection, assessment, sampling & analysis, abatement, waste disposal of ACM and non-ACM debris, re-insulation of abated areas as well as providing all labor and materials for completion. Project was completed before schedule and within budget. No injuries occurred on this project.
